I rebuilt my life around rhythm.

Now I guide founders to do the same.

Leadership recalibration rooted in decolonial and relational time.

Make Time Your Friend.

“Ixchel is like a fine surgeon, always finding the exact place to direct their wisdom, so that I leave them more alive and empowered to create a life full of purpose and passion.

“I have been a transformational coach and seminar leader for almost 40 years, Ixchel is one of the wisest people I have ever worked with. Their knowledge is both wide and deep. I have never had a call with her that didn’t open up something profound for me. I have often been stuck in some area at the beginning of a session, but never at the end!”

Kathy Benson,

Transformational Leadership Coach

Busy is a state of disconnection, depletion, disrepair.

Let's drop that shit.

Here’s how I can help you discover your rhythm:

Ignite

Clarify what is truly yours to hold.

Define your founder-level lane.

Name inherited responsibility.
Release work that is not yours.

Leadership becomes deliberate.

Embody

Grow capacity that supports the work.

Restructure scope.
Reduce decision load.
Strengthen delegation.

Growth becomes grounded and coherent.

Signal

Express from aligned presence.

Design your visibility rhythm.
Reset communication patterns.
Interrupt reactive leadership.

Your presence scales without depletion.

Regenerative Leadership through Rhythm

I work with founders and cultural leaders who are done equating urgency with competence.

Indigenous Ecological Timeways

Leadership shifts when time is treated as relational rather than extractive. We recalibrate your days around cycles that support focus, capacity, and long-term work. Lunar and seasonal awareness are applied directly to real decisions, delegation, and visibility.

Expect grounded structure, tangible practices, and rhythms your body can trust.

Ancestral Belonging

Burnout is not a personal flaw. It reflects systemic, inherited pressure and ancestral severance. We rebuild right relationship with responsibility, lineage, and place so your leadership is rooted rather than reactive.

This is ritual as infrastructure. Relationship as resilience.

The Ixchel Lunar Pop Quiz

(for the rhythmically rebellious + ritual-rooted)

?

DAILY STYLE

Soft handmade layers, cozy socks, cosmic ease. Nervous system first, fashion optional.

?

FAVORITE MEETING FORMAT

A deep breath. An invocation of the land and the lineage. A sacred pause. A clear next step. Done.

?

MOST-ACTIVATED TOOL

My body as a tuning fork, guided by the Cholq’ij, the wind, and what my cells remember.

?

CLIENT LOVE LANGUAGE

Moving at the speed of trust. Rituals that don’t need perfection. Time that breathes.

?

UNPOPULAR OPINION

Time doesn’t need managing. Time needs reverence, repair, and reindigenizing.

?

WHEN NOBODY’S WATCHING

I wander the liminal. Feed my ancestors by hand. Write poetry into the compost bin.

✨ Are We a Fit?

You’ve felt the pressure to move faster than your body can sustain.

You’re building meaningful work. You carry responsibility. And you can feel when urgency begins to distort your leadership.

You don’t need another productivity system. You need recalibration.

That’s what I offer.

This work helps founders reshape their relationship to Time, responsibility, and visibility so growth does not cost their body.

"Ixchel is a gift for our time. Our work together transitioned me from a path of should-ing and burn out to tuning into my deepest call and making space for it. The principles of flow Ixchel teaches are magical, rebellious and life changing. Their presence alone had a way of bringing me into deeper alignment with myself every time we met.

"For anyone called to unhook from old systems and bring forth work from a deeper place within, Ixchel is a pioneer, an inspiration and incredible guide."

✨ My Personal Cosmology✨

What I Hold Dear...

Liberation

Leadership must not require self-erasure.

I help founders examine how inherited urgency and structural pressure distort responsibility — and recalibrate from there.

Beauty

Beauty is balance, pattern, and care.

We honor beauty in the natural world, in artisanship, and in our relationships… expressing soul through what we make and how we live.

Kinship

Kinship is our remembering of Interbeing… every relationship woven through reciprocity and belonging.

Leadership is relational. We build chosen families, shared cultures, and networks — structures of reciprocity — that hold us through change, so growth is not isolating.

Collectivism

Mutual aid is more powerful than endowment funds.

Collectivism roots our work in solidarity and shared responsibility, turning community care into collective power.

Founders carry responsibility, but not alone. We clarify what is truly yours and what belongs in shared stewardship.

Indigenous Stewardship

Time is ecological. Landback is love in action.

We honor Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and move with the Earth’s cycles, because land-based wisdom is practical guidance for leadership.

Sustainability isn’t a trend, it’s remembering our role as good ancestors.

✨ What an amazing Time to be alive... ✨

A WORLD WHERE…

we recognize we live on a planet in transition and collectively set to work to collaborate and cultivate the capacity for solving the enormous challenges of this time, deepening our response-ability in Interbeing with Earth.

AND WHERE…

AND WHERE…

Indigenous resilience practices (like Yoga and Mayan Time Keeping) are remembered along with our ancestors that kept the sacred practices alive despite their greatest struggles.

and that our collective cultural art, foods, and traditions are honored and respected.

creating from heart and hands is worthy of fair compensation.

AND THIS IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE…

people are generous, compassionate, empathic, and just.

curiosity, authenticity, honesty, play and lightness of being are valued as a path to dialogue and understanding.

✨ My Personal Cosmology: What I Hold Dear... ✨

LIBERATION:

I guide Rat Race Renegades, multi-passionate creators and soulful entrepreneurs to decolonize their relationship with Time, liberating their creative Flow. By dismantling systems of oppression, we create space for underrepresented voices, reclaiming indigenous knowledge and traditions to help clients tap into their innate creativity and wisdom.

BEAUTY:

Beauty is a vital value, deeply connected to patterns and equilibrium. For my clients, this means recognizing and appreciating beauty in the natural world, in artisanship, and in our relationships. By exploring and honoring spiritual beliefs and practices, clients express the beauty of their souls, enhancing their creativity. This value supports their strengths in valuing and appreciating beauty, nurturing a deeper connection to their work and the world around them.

KINSHIP:

Kinship refers to the idea of interconnectedness (Interbeing) and the importance of relationships in all aspects of life. In my life and that of my clients, we are building strong relationships with chosen families, cultures, and the world around us, fostering a sense of belonging and mutual support.

COLLECTIVISM:

Collectivism is about the power of working together to achieve common aims. I know mutual aid is more powerful than endowment funds. For me and my clients, this means leveraging mutual aid over traditional individual funding to build strong, connected communities. By fostering a commitment to social justice, community organizing, and collective action, clients can address systemic issues more effectively. This value supports their efforts to collaborate, create meaningful change, and build a network of support and solidarity in their work and personal lives.

INDIGENOUS STEWARDSHIP (LANDBACK):

Indigenous Stewardship is about embracing ancestral wisdom and being a good steward of the land that sustains us. For my clients, this means integrating sustainability and environmental justice into their practices, honoring traditional environmental knowledge (TEK), and revitalizing ancient customs. By fostering a deep connection to the Earth and its resources, clients can lead with integrity, ensuring their work supports both the environment and the preservation of cultural heritage.
